Callers are solely responsible for their decisions and actions following interactions with our volunteers. We encourage all callers to seek professional help if they are experiencing severe emotional distress or contemplating self-harm.

5. Confidentiality:

We respect the confidentiality of all interactions with our Service. However, there may be exceptions in cases where there is a risk of harm to the caller or others, as required by law.

6. User Conduct:

Users of the Service agree to engage respectfully and responsibly with our volunteers. Any abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior will result in immediate termination of the call.

7. No Endorsement:

Mention of any specific product, service, or organization during interactions with our volunteers does not constitute an endorsement by ULF or HUGSpace.
