#EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

Safespace. Ukrainian Support Groups

Online • Tuesdays • 90 min • in Ukrainian

Adapting to a new life can feel overwhelming. Safespace is a place to return to each week for support, understanding, and connection. Our goal is simple:

Every Ukrainian should know that every Saturday there is a place where they are seen, heard, and valued.

Про нас

Safespace is a weekly online support group for Ukrainians building a life in the United States. Led by a psychologist and coach, each session offers a welcoming space to navigate stress, uncertainty, change, and everyday challenges alongside people who understand the journey.

Some participants come for guidance. Others come for connection. Many come simply to know they are not alone.

Season 2 Returns in September

Thank you to everyone who joined us during our first season. Safespace is taking a summer pause and will return in September.

We look forward to welcoming familiar and new faces as we continue creating a space for support, connection, and community.
